Oh hey, we also talked slightly about the new Star Trek trailer AND the next four Enterprise episodes! Lots packed into this one. Merry Christmas. Happy Hanukkah.

Podcast 150: Good Nudes Everyone!
And by that we mean all the aliens were naked this time. First of all, the usual apologies for the lateness of this one. Also, apologies for what sounds like a misused microphone. This is our big 1-5-0. To celebrate, we dragged random listener and Google Hangouter Tim into joining us. The Xindi stuff rages on, and on, and on. We offset that with a long conversation about the holiday movies we're looking forward to. Other stuff happens too.

Quick JRWSTFTFT Star Wars Trailer Commentary
Okay, we had fun doing this for the last trailer, so we really quickly just recorded our conversation regarding the new new Star Wars trailer. Sorry, it's not Trek. Also sorry for the dirty production sans theme song and other bells and whistles. Also sorry for not posting this up earlier. Sorry for lots of things I guess. Hey, it's an alright trailer though!

Podcast 148: Oh Hoshi Di'n't!
We squeezed this one in just barely before J.R. moves across the country again. Not sure when the next recording will be, but it was a good time this time round. Season 3 got a bit of an uptick in quality, so we're not canceling the podcast yet. Some great hair on the ladies. Especially in the future. They ought to know that they can have great hair in the present if they want.

Podcast 147: Sucked Into the Zorakuum of Space
Time to tackle the famed Xindi season! It's actually not too different from the last two seasons. At least now we get a bunch of expendable marines. Also, Trip's stupid sister makes an appearance. On the plus side, lots of hot space chicks and gum that shoots lasers! Ahh, it's familiar but fun.

Podcast 146: Museum of Audrey Tease
It's time for another fun vacation away from Star Trek! This time we're accompanied by the absolutely radiant Audrey Hepburn in three movies that range from masterpiece to what's considered to be aggravatingly mixed levels of abhorrence. We decided to go ahead and look at the films in order of cinematic release. The journey begins in magnificent 1953 Rome with Gregory Peck as our tour guide in the unforgettable Roman Holiday. The mid-stop is a fashionable 1966 Paris caper alongside Peter O'Toole in the delightful How to Steal a Million. Our time with Audrey ends in 12th century Nottingham (or as J.R. says "some industrial sites in 1976") with an aging Sean Connery in Robin and Marian. We had a great time. You can't put a price on that smile.
Hey, as of this posting, Jon is heading to Europe in just a few days to see these important Audrey Hepburn places. Give a few tips if you can.
Btw, we spoke at the beginning about how J.R. is moving. Well yes Virginia, J.R. is moving to Virginia after all. Remember you heard it here first just like we said.

Podcast 145: Vulcanized Chubber
Talk about Star Trek only slightly put us off course from our Star Wars and Daredevil talk. Only two eps this time, but both were pretty big. The title of this one has been banked for five podcasts, but we just needed the perfect Pon Farr situation to come up. Can't just throw around a perfect and gross title all willy-nilly (tee hee! willy.).
Oh, and hey there's always the season wrap up. Season 2 to be precise. Listen as we attempt to remember what two dozen Enterprise episodes were about! Who knew Trip's sister played such a big role!

Podcast 144: Earnest Borg? Nein!
First of all, today is J.R.'s birthday. Forgot to tell him so on the podcast even though it would have been about a week away when we recorded. Sorry bud!
Second, the big event this time is that the Borg are back in a flagrant and obvious pandering fashion. We dismiss the superficial fan-service cash grab handily. Or do we? Also, we talk about that episode with the sex slave. Also there were two other episodes.
Third, songs about the rain! It rained here this past week! Perfect!
Fourth, just listen! Whatever!
Hey we forgot to mention David and Tim's rain songs. Here are some of 'em: "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head," "Tears in the Rain," "When the Levee Breaks," "The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie," "Red Rain," "Rainy Night in Georgia," "Rain" (apparently The Beatles have a song called "Rain"), "Box of Rain," "Fire and Rain," "So. Central Rain," "Crying in the Rain" (a-Ha cover of Everly Brothers?) "Kentucky Rain," "The Rainbow Connection."

Podcast 143: Martok Madness
We start off with the Nimoy tribute that should have been on the last podcast, so rest easy knowing that.
Looks like it's a perfect time for J.G. Hertzler to come and save Enterprise! Also, it's a perfect time for weird disembodied aliens! Time for Milford man Mayweather to have his own show! Is it also time for Archer to get captured again? Well, there's always a certain classic charm to it. Good times, good talk. Season 2 ain't the worst and it's almost done.

Podcast 142: Enemy Mine Furor
Just so everyone knows, this podcast was recorded over 10 days ago, so Leonard Nimoy was still alive at the time. You may wonder why it wasn't mentioned during the show's discussion. Obviously, we'll pay our dues and shed our tears next time.
We're still knee-deep in Enterprise. We were both actually a bit up on this set even if listeners weren't. Well, a little Jeffrey Combs goes a real long way for J.R. Of course the one-two punch of Combs and Suzie Plakson is sweet sweet money all the way.

Podcast 141: Fight Kiss!
Our attempts at recording through Google Hangouts are getting even more legendary.
This one may have tipped the scales as far as non-Star Trek to Star Trek discussion goes. Once again, however, the Star Trek stuff is loaded toward the beginning so you can stop listening after we're done with that. Trick's on you though, because the next episode predictions (everybody's favorite segment) is loaded in at the end. Hey, check out the time listing if ya wanna pick and choose.
Anyway, more Enterprise! This time they're either stranded on a planet, in their own ship or in their own insecurities. Buck up, crew!
